I love helping people who are looking for change (get a new job, new career direction, re-enter workplace) as well as those for whom change has been thrust upon them (mostly through redundancy, and restructures). As a partner in Outplacement Australia I have been extremely privileged to be able to work with many brilliant people - including the empathetic and caring HR professionals and managers from our client organisations; the many talented program participants; and a team of wonderful coaches we are blessed to work with. These coaches are carefully chosen - they are really good at what they do, and just as importantly, really nice - caring and easy to talk to - they take a personal interest in the people they work with. (I just think they are terrific!) We believe that every single person has a huge amount to offer, and that sometimes all they need is a hand to identify what they enjoy and are good at, and for someone to assist them to find a new place where these things are valued.
