Project Manager - Building Better Regions NSW Facilitate career support service programs across NSW regional communities and schools. Connect U Project Manager 2018/19 - Project managed the Connect U initiative which has provided a localised approach to resolving ongoing identified regional skills and workforce issues in the Mallee region. A key feature of this initiative has been the development of a coordinated framework between local educational providers, service and welfare agencies with selected local industries. e.g. Agriculture & manufacturing. The Connect U program has worked with established service providers and agencies to complement and value add to training and employment services. LLEN State Network Development Officer 2017 – Oversee and support 31 Local Learning & Employment Networks to create strategic, sustainable partnerships to improve education and transition outcomes for young people, including increasing Year 12 or equivalent attainment rates. LLEN’s use their knowledge of the region to influence strategic planning and broker partnerships among key stakeholders to support young people to remain engaged or re-engaged back into education, training and employment.
