I currently work as a career practitioner in the youth mental health space. I enjoy supporting young people to explore their work and study options, identify their skills and values, investigate interests and aspirations and find a sense of self-confidence. I create a safe and welcoming space🌈, listen to the young person's story, identify and demystify any challenges or barriers to progress and encourage reflection. I draw upon evidence-based research and strategies, engage in collaborative discussions and support the young person to make informed decisions, and map multiple pathways.
