I love helping and encouraging people to generate revenue in a way that is fun for them. I have been doing this for over 20 years as an HR/Recruitment/ Career Coach Professional. Being born and raised in San Diego, CA, I got my MA Degree in Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech and my BA Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), and I am an NCOPE (Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert) Professional. After graduation, I launched into the world of Recruitment (and HR) and my career took off from there. In my prior role as the Director of Recruitment Process Management, I had the pleasure of connecting with individuals who were working virtually en masse during the Great Resignation of 2021 and 2022. So many of these individuals were discovering roles (and physical locations) that made them happy. Some grew to explore opportunities outside of their professional niche while others spent time training and growing within their careers. As I connected with them, I asked questions, took notes and took their input to heart in such a way that others could learn and grow from their journeys. This is what I do well and I look forward to assisting anyone looking to transition into a new career.
