As someone who has spent most of my personal and professional life globetrotting, I have a deep and enduring curiosity in human behaviour and cultural diversity that has led to developing a unique perspective and an ability to connect with people from a diverse range of industry sectors, professional backgrounds, cultures and life stages. I help people in career transition connect who they are with what they do by: - Helping to identify what makes them come alive and feel purposeful - Creating compelling career stories and confidently communicate that which is uniquely descriptive and valuable about them. - Successfully transition in the challenging times of 2020 by having resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interviewing and networking skills for today’s market. An ENFJ, I thrive on facilitating the development of individual and group potential and am an MBTI enthusiast and master facilitator delivering the MBTI Certification Program.
