I show them exactly how to design and step into what’s next and prepare them to become distinct and irreplaceable in a career that will become AI focused. What makes me different is that I don’t just help women “find another job.” I help public sector women redesign their entire career and identity so they can build a life that actually feels aligned with freedom, family, purpose and financial security and that incorporates an AI future. We prepare for it, not just let it happen to you. Most career coaching focuses on resumes, interviews and job applications. I go deeper and start with underlying issues before we focus on resumes, because a resume built on your old self, is not the resume that is going to get you to the future you. As a qualified career and life coach, I help women who feel trapped by bureaucracy, burnout or misalignment figure out what they truly want next, then strategically position themselves to become visible, valued and paid for it in an AI future world.
