Belinda is a Careers Professional, specialising in transitions and development. She is passionate about people developing rewarding, challenging and fulfilling careers. In recent years she has provided consulting services to organisations in regard to their talent programs, along with direct coaching to individuals in transition and leadership development. Prior to this, she was Davidson's Learning & Development Consultant, where she developed and delivered training programs across Australia and New Zealand. She has also been an Executive Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the placement of Executives and Non-Executive Directors across a broad range of industries. Belinda enjoys working with people at all stages in their careers.She aligns her practice with a strengths-based approach, embracing chaos theory in careers, and seeking to help individuals to take ownership of and navigate through the evolution of their personal career. She is a strong believer in the subjectiveness of success, therefore seeks to understand her clients perspectives and works with them to achieve their goals. Belinda is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Business (International Business, Business Law & Tax) from Queensland University of Technology.
