With 20+ years in Learning and Development in both the public and private sectors, I've taught Recruitment and Selection courses for hiring managers and participated as a panel member in countless interviews across many formats. From this foundation, I developed a focus in supporting people with career development and transition. I have spent hundreds of hours training groups in job search and application skills, working with individuals to develop strong résumés, LinkedIn profiles, job applications and preparing clients for job interviews -with excellent results. I am a Certified Advanced Resume Writer (CARW) and Certified Employment Interview Consultant (CEIC).
