As a member of HR for many years and in many roles (recruiter, manager, trainer, and leadership coach), I have understanding and empathy about the challenges and stumbling blocks that employees new to a corporate environment face. Helping people achieve career success, especially those who feel lost, confused or just plain scared, is my passion.
