Dale is the Managing Director of a management consultancy firm specialising in performance, leadership and career management. His team have a wealth of experience in delivering leading edge programs for clients. Dale has worked in the Human Resource Management and Development field for 30 years, during which time he has been involved with some of AustraliaÂ’s largest corporate restructuring exercises in telecommunications, health, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and government sectors. Dale has delivered career and leadership programs in Australia, India, Singapore and Malaysia at both Graduate and Executive level. His particular skills and experience extend to executive coaching, performance and career management, and leadership.
