With over 27 years of experience in education across both Victoria and Tasmania and having undertaken a number of roles and initiatives in rural sectors, I have an appreciation of the need for collaboration, capacity building and innovative approaches to develop sustainable programs that lead communities into the 21st Century world of work and education. I have particular expertise in education, career development and ICT and belong to professional organisations including NCDA, CDAA and CEAV. I am a member of and contribute to professional online forums, groups, blogs and engage in ongoing professional development, to increase my own knowledge, skills and capacity in all educational fields.
