After contacting us, clients will have a free consultation to discuss their existing resume (if available), the process, documentation I need, timing, etc. After I receive everything, I give them the date on which they can expect the resume. Once I overhaul the document, I send an updated document, we make whatever minor tweaks/changes they may request, and move into the cover letter portion (which is always included in the package).
