My passion is supporting individuals to understand their unique strengths, build confidence, and better understand their employability skills, so they can secure quality, meaningful work to live their best life. I am a professional neuro-affirming ADHD coach, with lived experience, and work primarily with neurodivergent clients. I specialise in personalising career services to meet the needs, goals, and communication styles of each client, whether you are applying for your first job, looking at a career change, or planning for retirement. We will focus on your interests, skills, values, and unique strengths so you can achieve your career goals. I will support you to navigate career and life transitions, embrace change, discover new opportunities, so you can design the life that you want. We can co-design neurodivergent-friendly strategies to help you get things done in the workplace or to reduce overwhelm. I want you to feel empowered and confident to embrace your unique talents and strengths and advocate for your needs in the workplace. Into Focus Coaching can provide support in the following areas: career transitions, job search skills, career clarity and direction, work-life balance, disability support in the workplace, course selection, interview preparation, and resume/CV, key selection criteria, and cover letter review.
