I have worked in international development for over 25 years. Much of my professional life has involved working and living offshore in the Asia Pacific region. In Australia I have worked at Monash (leading the Careers and Employment team) and Melbourne Universities. In 2016, I completed a PhD at Monash University which focused on international higher education and cultural adjustment issues. In 2009, I established Capacity Building Exchange International. I am a qualified careers consultant and trainer who enjoys the privilege of working across cultures to assist good career outcomes.
