Kate provides a range of career development services for people of all ages at all stages of their career journey, supporting them to understand themselves and the contribution they wish to make. These include - Career Transition Counselling - Career Assessment and Advice - Resume and Application Support - Outplacement - MBTI® - Leadership Coaching. She takes a holistic approach working with people on their career history, skills, values, and personality and supporting them in setting and achieving goals. Kate is passionate about enabling people to reach their goals and realise their potential. Kate sees the power of career development in working with people with a range of experiences from executives to students. She takes a person-centred approach in her work seeing each individual as they are and supporting them go where they would like to go. Her clients experience her as warm, wise, and skilful. Kate is a highly experienced Career Development Practitioner, Counsellor, Facilitator, and Trainer. She has worked in Education, Employment Programs Employee Assistance Programs, and Rehabilitation. She currently works in private practice Kate has a Master’s Degree in Education, a Certificate of Counselling and a Diploma of Teaching (Career Education). She is a Fellow member of CDAA and Vice of the CDAA NEC Vice President. She is the creator of the Private Practitioners’ Network in ACT and received an excellence award for professional leadership from the association in 2016. Kate is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia PACFA.
