Katrine Tully has worked in career transition, career coaching and Leadership development for 22 years. Prior to starting her own business, Career Transform, she has worked with Directioneering, DBM, AGSM, and MBS providing expert individual career guidance, Executive Coaching and Career Coaching, helping people grow, change and succeed whilst maximizing productivity and motivation. Katrine has worked with clients across industry sectors including information technology, professional services, FMCG, banking and finance, telecommunications, law and pharmaceuticals. She brings a systems thinking approach within a strategic business context to unleash the potential of breakthrough thinking and leadership development. Katrine has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Sydney University and has studied Psychology at Macquarie University.
