I am a registered Career Practitioner and Counsellor holding professional membership of CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia) and listed on the CICA (Career Industry Council of Australia) Register. Over the past 20 years, I have supported individuals across diverse career stages, including more than a decade working alongside elite athletes and high performance staff through the Victorian Institute of Sport, Australian Institute of Sport, and professional rugby. I bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy to career development practice. I support people who feel uncertain about their career direction, are exploring what they enjoy and value, are navigating career change, or re-entering the workforce following study, caring responsibilities, health challenges, or other life circumstances. My practice provides a structured yet flexible space to unpack ideas, reduce overwhelm, and build clarity and confidence. My approach is grounded in contemporary career development theory, ethical person-centred practice, reflective questioning, and credible labour market information to support informed, client-led decision-making. As a Strengths Profile coach and Morrisby assessor, I help clients identify transferable skills and explore options aligned to their life context. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients maintain ownership of their career journey while being supported through structure, guidance, and practical next steps, and leave sessions feeling clearer, more hopeful, and better equipped to navigate their career decisions.
