I am a warm, compassionate and neuro-affirming Clinical Psychologist with a wealth of experience and qualifications in career development. I believe that career can support and enhance mental health and wellbeing. I have expertise in supporting young women with enhancing their self understanding to make informed career choices. I also support women with return to work post birth and helping women with navigating a career change. I offer career counselling in person in the Eltham and Richmond areas and also via Telehealth nationwide. I have a wealth experience across a number of industries (health, sport, education, hospitality, retail, small business and government) and have worked with people with disabilities and of different cultures. I provide a strength based approach and am trauma informed. I can support you with understanding what is important to you, reflect on your strengths and transferable skills and consider career choices bearing in mind your current capacity. I also offer vocational assessments, resume/cover letter review, interviewing coaching, support with networking for volunteer work and paid employment and manage life/work balance. I offer a hope based approach with the goal of supporting you with reaching your potential, finding balance and meaning in your career.
