Lisa is a registered psychologist and coach 20+ years of experience and expertise in leadership development, talent management, career development, change management and cultural change. Lisa uses a holistic strengths-based approach to help individuals enhance their clarity, confidence and resilience in the areas of leadership impact, capability development, career transition and navigating professional change. She has worked with clients at all levels in industries including financial services, healthcare, aged care and retirement living, science, law, HR, education, retail, manufacturing, media and government. Lisa is also accredited in a range of psychometric assessment and career profiling tools that support her work.
