I am the founder of Sea Change Careers, an online practice supporting adults and families across Australia through career change, study decisions and life transitions. My work focuses on people whose pathways are not straightforward, including career changers, mid life and pre retirement clients, parents returning to paid work, and adults exploring alternative or non linear options. Drawing on contemporary career development theory and high quality tools such as Morrisby, I help clients clarify what matters most, understand their strengths, and make confident decisions about work and learning in a changing labour market. My approach is practical, evidence informed and person centred, integrating structured assessment with coaching conversations, labour market insight and clear next steps. Sea Change Careers operates fully online, making professional career support accessible anywhere in Australia for individual clients, organisations and community partners. I bring particular insight into homeschooling and distance education pathways, regional and rural contexts, and the unique considerations for Christian workers and migrants navigating Australian work and education systems. “Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10.
