For the past 23 years Louise has been the co-owner of Wavelink Consulting, a boutique company offering Human Resources and Career Development services. Louise works with a range of corporate clients, providing Human Resources services and support as well as with individuals helping them with their career decisions and journeys. Louise is the CDAA Victorian Divisional President.
