There are two areas in careers that I excel in. The first is really practical. If you want to craft a standout resume and/or present yourself strongly in an interview, my coaching can really help you make a difference. In my experience, most people struggle to write resumes that truly reflect their capability. This is where I come in. I specialise in helping craft and edit technical and managerial resumes but am happy to work with them all (I have a bit of a soft spot for assisting people develop impactful blue collar and administrative resumes). It's a fabulous feeling when it's done! With a background in internal recruitment, I have a clear sense of what employers are looking for in resumes and interviews and have helped hundreds of people to really capture and speak powerfully and authentically to their strengths and achievements. (Yes, that could be you). My other area of strength is around exploring with you what it would mean to be more purposeful and authentic in your work. I believe that work is one of the most important ways we get to express ourselves in the world. We certainly spend a lot of our time there. When we make subtle or substantial changes that are in greater alignment with our sense of aliveness and purpose, we typically flourish. And often contribute to a better happier world, not only for ourselves but for our employer and others in our lives as well. I am based in Melbourne and work both intra- and inter-state as well as via Skype. My charges are $130 an hour for individuals seeking career coaching services (offered in packages of four hours, six hours or eight hours depending on need). Corporate rates are of course higher and negotiable (and include career related training and facilitation for staff, which I have a strong passion for). I am warm, approachable and on to it.
