Megan has extensive experience in career coaching/development, transition/outplacement and recruitment. In her career coaching/development and transition work she has assisted clients from various roles and industries to understand and realise their full potential. Guiding them with: - Positively adapting to their changing situation and moving forward; - Understanding their skills, strengths, achievements, preferences and values; - How to make effective career changes; - Job Search skills including research, developing and utilising their networks effectively; - Developing professional and impactful resumes and profiles; - Preparing cover letters and eye catching applications; - Successful interview techniques/practice and negotiation strategies; - Researching, planning and starting a business; - Preparing for retirement. She has assisted organisations, management and HR teams to prepare for change and supported them through the change process. She has led the outplacement process for various large site closures, engaging and preparing employees for their career transition. This includes running career centre activities, facilitating group workshops and working with individuals on a one-on-one basis. Megan's background also includes 10 years in agency recruitment including starting, managing and selling a share in a successful business. Megan has a strong community focus having volunteered for and raised much needed funds for a number of organisations.
