First, I like to see if a good fit exists. If yes, then I will set up a gathering of information session and pose many questions to get to the heart of the matter with the client. Then I write a resume which the client can then review. Afterward, other services are provided as necessary. I do this in three languages. I help job seekers and career professionals be less time out of work, which in turn reduces their anxiety and headaches. Together we explore their opportunities. Once we know which direction to go in, we do a five-live exercise, and narrow down the goal. Then clients start to target companies in which they would like to work (unless it's been discovered they would fare better as an entrepreneur) and they set up informational interviews to ensure they are on the right track. We discuss various job search strategies to define which one(s) would work better with their personality so they can be successful. I ensure my clients are getting paid for work they enjoy doing so they can lead a more joyous and harmonious life.
