Nicole McKenna leads McKenna Bespoke Development & Facilitation, a niche development business that provides clients with highly customised career and transition coaching, professional development and support, mentoring and facilitation services. We believe that our approach to career and professional development is unique, and serves to differentiate our services in an increasingly crowded market. We do not deliver standard programs or off the shelf solutions. Rather, we partner with clients to build and enhance flourishing professional careers that are meaningful because they are underpinned by values. We do not operate to a pre-determined formula. Instead, we ask questions, challenge assumptions and may even make people feel uncomfortable, but always in the context of a relationship of trust and confidentiality. We also make introductions, proffer hypotheses and offer alternative ways of doing and seeing things. In this way, we help clients to see themselves through different lenses, and challenge them to look not just at how things are, but also how they might be.
