Career coaching is a way for people to talk about whatever career matters are causing them to feel stuck. Individual discussions or workshops can focus on any or all of the areas around dealing with change; working it out; or making the transition happen. Coaching conversations and workshops are solution focussed and utilise tools and concepts as relevant to the participants circumstances; and focus on helping people move forward with confidence. My work in career coaching leverages a deep corporate background of over twenty years, including ten as a senior executive, in corporate leadership and management roles across Finance, Shared Services and HR. In particular, it leverages my skills and experienced gained from being a people leader - across a range of small, flat team structures to large teams of 230 staff and leading leaders.
