I can help you grow awareness of your interests, skills, values and personality and how to contribute this in a meaningful way to meet a social, business, workplace or industry need. Through conversations and exercises you can become clearer about how you make decisions, and intentionally choose what will influence the next chapter of your career story. You can also develop career management competencies to not only find meaningful work now, but assess its fit to your life over time, respond to unplanned change and make transitions throughout your life. A learning and organisation development practitioner with 25 years’ diverse experience improving for-purpose agencies through the effectiveness and collaboration of its people. I promote change through facilitating participatory learning; coaching and mentoring conversations; and crafting motivating communication and practical tools. To do this I bring an understanding of behaviour change and design thinking, coupled with sociological insight into system level conditions that impact effectiveness. I also collaboratively design evidence-based, adaptive solutions with good contextual fit, that support authentic leadership and healthy teams, and that empower employees to drive organisation effectiveness.
