Are you feeling stuck in your career and wondering how to make a change or get to the next level? Over the past fourteen years I have spent over six thousand hours coaching individuals and helped to take the mystery out of career change. I am a Career & Executive coach who is passionate about proactive and resilient career management. I think people should love what they do, because life is short! I have thirteen years of specific experience focusing on Professionals, Senior Executives, career transition and supporting and advising individuals who wish to start their own business. I believe that my primary role in my coaching practice is to see the best in people and to enable them to see the best in themselves. I do this through effective career coaching which empowers my clients to achieve greater success through a meaningful and collaborative partnership and by offering value and results. I am accredited in Birkman Methodology which is useful for understanding needs and best fit during a career transition. In Career Transition /Outplacement I work with Prima Careers in Melbourne overseeing the Senior Executive program for Melbourne and Sydney, coaching senior level candidates and I am the Birkman Specialist for the team (as part of a unique coaching circle concept), teaching senior candidates how to understand their Birkman profile and how it can be used to support their job search. I also work with OnTalent in Brisbane providing Leadership Coaching and Career Transition support to Senior Executives and Professionals. My previous career management and recruitment experience included a Senior Consultant role at Global firm Lee Hecht Harrison, a Senior Consultant role at Directioneering, a Talent Management role at HR Partners, managing the Victorian and Tasmanian Graduate Recruitment program for Arthur Andersen and extensive specialist recruitment expertise. I encourage those considering career change to connect with me to discuss how I might support you or to ask questions. I like to have a short conversation with people who are thinking about working with me, after which I provide detailed information for you to consider and to allow you to decide whether you would like to meet with me for a coffee. The first meeting with me is always informal and over a coffee to ensure there is the right chemistry. If you would like to know more about me or read some of my published articles on career related subjects, please go to my LinkedIn profile.
