Connecting Futures delivers youth employment support for young people aged 15–25 living with disability, injury or a health condition. We provide one‑to‑one mentoring, career planning, job readiness, resume support, interview prep, job matching and ongoing in‑work support. We also work alongside schools, families and employers to create inclusive pathways — including support through School Leavers Employment Supports for NDIS participants and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).
