Tatiana is a qualified Career Development Practitioner with counselling skills who works online. With over fifteen years of experience in teaching, educational consulting and career guidance and being employed in the government and private sector, Tatiana helps her clients make occupational and study decisions and plan, develop and manage their careers. Tatiana's work history includes working as a high school teacher at DET NSW, Trainer & Assessor at various RTOs, Lecturer at TAFE, and a Career Development Practitioner at TD SERVICES. Tatiana offers a comprehensive online service called Career Design & Development which consists of -Career Consulting and Advice -Career Coaching -Career Education -Career Assessments -Career Guidance with Counselling Approach (Narrative/Life story) -Future Pathways Development for teens Tatiana assists clients with articulating the desired future state and helps them develop thinking and actions to get there. She specialises in developing educational and professional pathways for school and university graduates, helping migrants find their feet in new professional environments, assisting mothers with career changes to accommodate family needs. Tatiana developed an online community project which has grown to over 3,000+ members.
