I’m a Canberra-based career coach and team development facilitator with more than 30 years’ experience supporting people to find meaningful direction in their careers and helping teams work more effectively together. My professional background spans the Australian Public Service, consulting with Deloitte, local government, and higher education, alongside more than 12 years in dedicated coaching and career development practice. This breadth of experience has given me a strong understanding of both individual career journeys and the evolving needs of organisations. I hold two master’s degrees — a Master of Policy and Applied Social Research, and a Master of Philosophy from ANU — as well as qualifications in Career Development and accreditation in the Team Management Profile (TMP). My approach is practical, personalised, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe career development is not about fitting people into predefined pathways, but about helping them better understand themselves — their strengths, values, motivations, and aspirations — so they can make confident decisions about the work and life they want to create.
