I'm passionate about empowering women to recognise and pursue career opportunities that genuinely excite them. I believe career development shouldn't feel overwhelming or full of jargon. Whether you're feeling stuck, considering a career change, returning to work after parental leave, or trying to figure out what's next, I help women gain clarity, confidence, and direction in a warm and practical way. I have a particular interest in supporting Australian Defence Force (ADF) spouses, recognising the unique career challenges that can come with military life, relocation, and frequent transitions. Through Cup of Ambition, I offer online 1:1 career coaching, online masterclasses, and practical career resources designed to help women make sense of their careers, identify their strengths, and move forward with confidence. My goal is for clients to leave feeling informed, empowered, and excited about what's possible next.
